Our "Forever Pricing" means that whatever plan you choose has a specific ID. This ID will always be applied to your account, and the speeds will change if the plan ID's speed changes. If a plan decreases below your original sign on speeds, your speeds will never decrease, only increase. If plan ID#### is $30 for 20/5Mbps at the time you sign on, whatever speeds you get will always cost $30. If the plan increases to 30/5mbps, you will receive the according speed, but at whatever price you signed on with. If the plan were to decrease below 20/5 on the website, your plan will revert to the originally signed on speeds (30/5) and still be $30. The only thing that won't change with this plan is the Pricing. If service is terminated for any period of time at a given location, the "Forever Pricing" will be removed and be reset if service is requested again. If you choose to change your plan at any period, you will receivie a new "Forever Pricing Receipt" that details out the exact cost and speed of your sign on. All discounts are exempt from "Forever Pricing" and will change according to the Discount IDs.
